Shrimp and White Wine

It’s possible that I have drank too much of the Kool-Aid and am just a complete shill for Adult Swim. I guess I don’t mind shilling for them so long as they keep cranking out shows I love. After all, I love the Aqua Teens. I love the Boondocks. I love Home Movies. I love the Venture Bros.

I DON’T love Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job. But I do like it. It is a lot more hit and miss than some of the other Adult Swim shows, but the hits just absolutely kill me. Like this one:

While I’m on the subject of Adult Swim and other animated shows, let me also mention that South Park is still knocking it out of the park and making me laugh every week. If you think it is played out and irrelevant, I invite you to check back in and see some of the laughs and spot-on satire they cram into every new episode. I’d put up some clips of that too, but evil Viacom is currently suing YouTube for giving them free advertising and helping their “property” become even more popular.

If Fred Thompson somehow becomes the next President of the United States, I might just break down and cry real-ass tears.

Mind you, this is all according to Zach “I loves me some cocaine!” Wamp, so take with a grain of salt.

I challenge all of of you to watch the following and then NOT have this song run through your head all weekend:

A moving version that really showcases the timeless nature of a great song. Thanks to Boing Boing, Jonathan Coulton, and of course Sir Mix-a-Lot.
